Relax Yin Yoga by Sasa is a new 7 day yin yoga program by Sasa. In these times of high stress, Relax was created to help people to recharge their lives, and give back to their mind, body, and spirit.

Is Yin Yoga for me?
While Yang yoga such as Ashtanga or Vinyasa physically target the outward muscles, in Yin yoga, we target the deep connective tissues of the body including the ligaments, joints, bones, and deep fascia networks. A Yin yoga session usually consists of a series of poses that are each held for 3 minutes or longer. As you dig deeper into each pose, you’ll slowly be able to gently lengthen your muscles, and increase your range of motion. After completing each workout, not only will you be reinvigorated with a newfound energy, you will feel as if you have just gone through a light massage.

**Though not required, a set of yoga blocks will help your body ease into poses, and are great for beginners who are just starting along their yoga journey.
